Suggested Bleed Line 1.30” (correct bleed area)
This is larger than the actual cut of the die on the inlay so that no white shows on a colored inlay. You can bleed anything you desire off the edges of your inlay.
Actual Trim Line 1.24” (cut out size of inlay)
This is the actual cut of the die on the inlay. Text should maintain a .125” distance from the cut line. More is better! Most casinos maintain a 3/16 “ text gap and bleed graphics.
Safe Zone 1.0625”
The safe zone is the main graphic area of the inlay. While backgrounds and photos should extend to the 1.3” bleed zone text and logo marks should not extend beyond the safe zone.
Casino Use Call for casino use color information and custom chip configurations and inlay security measures. A casino distributors or operators license required.
